New equipment, jobs, and shop updates.

Our first CNC vertical mill is on the floor. It brings production hole work and repeat parts in house.

A local tavern sponsoring a charity motorcycle ride needed a sign that would hold up outdoors. Laser cut steel, powder coated in house.

A contractor had a 24 inch pipe assembly that was out of plumb. We machined a wedge shaped flange to take up the angle.

A music instrument repair shop needed replacement push rods that the original maker no longer supplies. We bent a batch from stainless rod.

Plant operators needed a tool that fit the pattern of their weir plates. Nothing off the shelf did, so we built one.

We added a cure oven about 4 feet square and 80 inches deep so longer parts can be powder coated here instead of going out to a coater.

The shop opened in 1992 and closed in 2011. It is open again, run by the founder's son and a welding engineer.
