Most Triangle-area job shops are running smaller lathes and lighter mills — fine for small parts, useless for the big stuff. We run lathes up to 48" swing with 16' between centers, a 200-ton CNC press brake with 8' bending capacity, and four overhead cranes for handling heavy weldments. If it's oversized, oddly shaped, or has tight tolerances on big-diameter work, send it our way.
Our welding program is run by a degreed welding engineer. That matters for state agencies, defense primes, and any work involving WPS/PQR development or code-driven welds. SAM.gov registered, CAGE code on file, HUBZone eligible — set up for federal subcontract work from day one.
