The Jabbour family opened this shop in 1992 and ran it for nearly twenty years. Bashir Jabbour grew up on the floor here. In 2026 he reopened it in the same building with Greg Jonker, a welding engineer.

3 axis CNC on a Haas VF-3YT, plus manual mills for facing, drilling, boring, slotting, pocketing, keyways, and contour work. Tolerances to ±0.001".
MIG, TIG, stick, spot, and robotic welding, with a welding engineer on staff. Frames, brackets, weldments, and repairs in steel, stainless, and aluminum.
CNC laser and plasma cutting. 200 ton CNC press brake with 8' bending capacity, 6' shear, ironworker, and punch presses.
Powder coating, surface grinding, and a heat treating furnace for hardening and tempering.
Heavy equipment repair, machine down emergencies, OEM replacement parts, and custom machine builds. Field service available.
Both owners are engineers. Before a job starts we look at material, tolerances, and geometry and tell you where a change would make the part cheaper or faster to build. That review is included with every parts order. Larger engineering work, like a new machine or a ground up product, gets a scoped design phase up front that is credited toward the production order.

A carbon steel post holding a beam at a treatment plant rusted through at the base. We fabricated and installed 304 stainless replacements.
A general contractor on a large distribution center needed finger duct in sizes no catalog covered. We designed it, cut it, formed it, and powder coated it.
